The role

What you achieve with us

As a real estate agent at Suisse Homes you take responsibility for your own mandates — from initial consultation through marketing to notary appointment. You conduct viewings, value properties realistically, negotiate with buyers and sellers and know the market in your region.

You work with modern tools, a strong network and a team that thinks along. Your commission is based on your performance — fair, transparent and attractive.

Your profile

What you bring along

Experience in the Swiss real estate market or comparable sales experience
Confident presence and strong communication skills
Swiss German and standard German at negotiation level (French an advantage)
Structured, independent way of working
Driving licence cat. B and regional mobility (Bern or Central Switzerland)
