No, we remain in the supporting and advisory role. The owner remains the developer. However, we coordinate all parties – architects, site management, authorities, banks – and keep an eye on budget, quality and timing.
Depending on the phase: initial analysis as a flat fee, concept phase on an hourly basis, implementation support on a success-fee basis. Conditions are transparently agreed before each mandate – no hidden costs.
From single properties to multi-unit buildings with 20+ units. For larger projects we work with specialised partners in construction management and financing – our focus remains strategic support of the developer.
The earlier the better. Ideally before purchasing the land – then market and permit knowledge already feed into the purchase decision. But we are also happy to support ongoing projects – honest situation assessment included.
